There are two ways that you can apply for a residence – via the Enter Finland e-Service or a paper application.
If you prefer the e-Service, start your application by filling in the required details on the website. As you use the site, it creates a user account and guides you through the process. Furthermore, you are required to pay processing fees, provide some documents, and visit the Application center to confirm your identity.
People who use a paper application will have to download and print the application form. Also, it is vital that they pay the processing fee and visit the processing center.
