The Cactus Restaurant Lagos is really astounding location to consider for your birthday dinner. It is top on my list because of how satisfactory it was celebrating my birthday with friends and family was there. There were lots and lots of amazing yummy options to pick from in
The interior designs are so warm and crafty, and the staff are the most welcoming set of people you would ever come across in a restaurant. If you would also love to have your birthday dinner in an outdoor setting with a cool offshore breezing and a nice view of the water, just say yes to the Cactus restaurant.
A great menu consisting of varieties of yummy treats ranging from pastries to intercontinental dishes. Notwithstanding, the Lemon Creamy Vanilla ice cream always makes a lasting good impression.
This option is also kid-friendly so your invitees do not have to worry about leaving their kids at home there is a kiddie’s section where kids can have all the entertainment they want, so no excuses for that particular friend that wants to turn down your invitation because of their child.

Your guests are sure to have an elating and fun experience at this restaurant. The restaurant area has 3 different levels. There are so many things to love about the Hardrock cafe, however, the best thing that everyone is usually mesmerized by is the Atlantic ocean view and the swimming pool area.
Hosting your birthday dinner at this location means you and your guest are in for a lot of fun experiences. There is the karaoke experience to spice things up and you can also decide to see the movies after dining with your birthday guest at the filmhouse as it is pretty a few steps away.
The menu comprises starters and sharables (wings, southwest Springs rolls, southwest chicken flatbread, three-cheese & roma tomato flatbread, and grilled chicken suya), two varieties of salads, steak burgers, specialty entrees (baby back ribs, grilled Norwegian salmon, tupelo chicken tenders, spick jollof rice, hickory-smoked barbeque suya spice chicken, hickory smoked barbeque chicken) and finally desserts!

If you want to appease your artistic side on your special day, then you definitely need to visit this restaurant with your loved one. The outdoor seating area may not be all that like the other options mentioned earlier, but the indoor area was breathtaking.
Although I haven’t hosted a birthday dinner date at Carnival restaurant, I was lucky enough to be there when a birthday dinner was hosted and I could tell from the celebrant’s face to her birthday guest that they were very satisfied with the services and the food.
And now I’m putting a pin on this location for my next birthday dinner (yeah, I know no one loves hosting birthday dinners than me). And if you are wondering what is the food like, my simple answer is that it is great and worth every penny.
When I visited the carnival restaurant I could have been confused about what to have, but because I had heard so much about the spicy salmon on crispy rice, that was what I ordered and it was just as great as I imagined.
There are other great sharable dishes like the salmon poke bowl, and lemon butter lobster rolls I shared with my friends. And oh yeah, the dim sums were great! I never had a bad experience at the carnival restaurant while I visited and I’m sure that anyone would be creating lasting memories, especially on their birthday.
5. Ten Eleven Restuarant

You almost thought there wouldn’t be a mainland location on the list right? Well, you thought wrong. There are mainland-based restaurants that can help make your birthday dinner memorable and one of them is the Ten Eleven Restaurant.
The Ten Eleven restaurant is a very group-friendly restaurant, the ambiance was in of the things I couldn’t get off my mind for a long time. That aside, the staff was ready to help in any way they could with a smile, from the security personnel to the waiters and waitresses which was a huge plus for me.
The menu spans burgers, salad, continental afro, seafood, pasta, shawarma, pizza, hot beverages, special platters, desserts, and Ten Eleven takeaway dishes. As a birthday dinner guest at the Ten-Eleven restaurant, I had the In-House Fillet Steak with Mashed Potatoes and stole a few forks of Penne Carbonara from a friend’s plate and I can not say I didn’t enjoy the taste in my mouth.
6. South East Asia Music Restuarant

Okay, if you want really unique and nice-looking pictures for your birthday dinner date. The theme of the restaurant is Southeastern. You will find separate event rooms tagged Singapore, Thailand, Beijing, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
As a Kdrama fanatic, I was super elated about having a similar experience to what I see on my screen (yes, I know it isn’t really a Korean setting but it is close!), so I persuaded a friend to celebrate her birthday here and I enjoy every minute spent there.
The staff were as accommodating and welcoming as ever! The manager was pretty friendly as well, I remember we playful asked for some recommendations on what to order from the menu and he was kind enough to give us some suggestions. Finally, there was an array of options to take mind-blowing pictures and that was the highlight for me.

I am a huge fan of aesthetics and good customer service. Fortunately, Casper & Gambini won my heart instantly because of how professional and welcoming the whole crew was to us and how cool subtle, and beautiful the entire interior was.
Oh my, the food was super amazing! The chapman was unique and different; not sure I have had something similar to the taste before. I was really satisfied to host one of my birthday dinner dates here, I had zero regrets whatsoever.
We ordered some french fries, crispy calamari, panko breaded mozzarella, spring rolls, and beef sliders as starters. And for the main food course, we ordered some chicken escalope (which was very yummy by the way), seafood linguini pasta, spicy fish, and some chicken jollof rice (because what’s a party without some Nigerian jollof). And the fact that the prices of these meals are very reasonable was remarkable.
I might be missing some of the dishes that were ordered but everyone on my table did enjoy their dinner, and it made me happy that there were no complaints at all. So be rest assured that your guests will be having the best meals and drinks.
8. Safron Rooftop

It is best to put it out here that the Safron rooftop is located at the rooftop of the Safron hotel. And though the space may not be a lot it definitely a great place to host your birthday dinner. Being on the rooftop means clean and fresh air and lots of peng pictures!
The meal options range from local dishes to intercontinental dishes of many kinds but I suddenly feel the need to let you know that you should definitely try the chocolate mousse as your dessert option as the birthday girl or boy I am giving you this tip for free because of course you also deserve the best treat on your special day.
The vibe and atmosphere were completely cheery and exciting thanks to the personnel on sight, so it was pretty easy to ask some important questions about how the sitting setting would be arranged because of our numbers.
So if you want to host your birthday in a super friendly environment you should consider the Safron rooftop. What else I found pretty great was the fact that it was easier to lodge for some of us who couldn’t go home after having all the fun we wanted.
9. La Mango Restuarant

La Mango is a really great place to host any group hangout and birthday dinners as well. There is a long list of meals available on the menu and the waiters or waitresses are always more than happy to ask any of your questions in case of any confusion.
I do not think I can overemphasize the super friendliness of the staff, they were so kind and patient enough to cheerfully take group photos, so you can expect great customer service from making a reservation to actually hosting a birthday dinner.
Okay so fast forward to how the food was; it wasn’t disappointing at all, in fact, it was good. We had peppery buffalo wings as the starter and special La mango Special Grilled chicken with fried rice as the main course. I personally took the signature Long Island cocktail and it was just as good.

The list can not be complete without the Grid Lagos. How I absolutely loved my birthday dinner experience here. The meal and cocktail were fantastic and I must commend one of the waiters for being very patient when taking our orders because some of us were very indecisive about what we wanted but he remained calm through it all.
When the food finally arrived, it was just as great and yummy as it looked. Without forgetting to mention that the ambiance here was really calm, and cool, and there were options of strategic places for pictures.
Although the space may not be too much for a very large group, there were provisions for more seats for more guests that could arrive. One special tip from me? Don’t miss out on the seafood pasta, it was incredibly delicious.
